Leucadia Classic
A classic home by the ocean called for a classic design aesthetic in the two bathrooms and laundry area between them. Neutral colors will help the spaces age well and keep a timeless feel as this is a forever home. Candied brick tile in a rich cream color provided the perfect soothing foundation for the bathrooms and paired up beautifully with a fun surprise tile. Frameless splash guards on the showers kept an open visual feel and flow. In the laundry, a custom cabinet was built to conceal the washer and dryer allowing the hallway to look clean and organized and provided a working countertop above.
