South Park Victorian
This amazing Victorian home was built in 1895 near Downtown, San Diego. In 1917 they moved it on a flatbed truck to where it stands in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego. It was absolutely necessary to stay true to the homes historic style when redoing the laundry+mudroom area. The rich emerald green in the vintage enamel pendants was mirrored in the leaf patterned wallpaper. Organization was also a key element to keep in play as this room is used daily for many aspects of their family life.
